RBA To Host AAPA Environment Forum |

By Kartika Rahman Bandar Seri Begawan - Royal Brunei Airlines (RBA) will be hosting the Environment Forum 2006 of the Association of Asia Pacific Airlines (AAPA) at the Empire Hotel and Country Club on November 28 and 29. The forum is aimed at updating and sharing ideas with participants from the Asia Pacific nations on the latest developments in tackling global environmental issues as well as the aviation industry's impacts on environment. It is also hoped that participants will develop a better understanding on challenges faced by the aviation industry, learn from the experienced parties and share experience with other participants. Among the topics to be covered are fuel and cost savings and a reduction of local emissions towards a better and quieter future. AAPA is an association of 17 major international airlines including RBA.
